Zhaliang is a double-carbed Cantonese dim sum dish – an underrated simple yet special breakfast that we should all experience at least once in our lives. And what is it exactly? Savoury crispy fried dough sticks (youtiao) wrapped in soft and chewy rice paper. Can’t forget the best part – a generous drizzling of some spicy savoury sauce concocted by RL Lynn, topped with spring onions and sesame seeds. So easy but so good!
